We design entrepreneurship development programs, startup competitions, and innovative financing mechanisms for jobs — including advisory on fund-of-funds structures to catalyze private capital into job creation.

National Jobs Strategy & Public-Private Partnerships
We help governments build national jobs strategies and structure public-private partnerships that deliver at scale — drawing on our work designing Ethiopia's national job creation programs and securing over $25M in catalytic funding from development partners.

Climate Finance for Agriculture
We advise on digital climate-finance and MRV architecture for agriculture and resilience programs — including our work with Nedamco Africa on Ethiopia's climate-modeling and carbon-finance systems.

Tax Reform & Debt Management
We support tax administration reform and debt management initiatives, drawing on experience leading debt-priority reforms and arrears recovery within Ethiopia's Tax Transformation Office.
